How to handle a home insurance claim ?

Whether you own or rent a house in Spain or Portugal, you must, in most cases, take out home insurance to protect your movable property and your walls.

What to do in case of a home insurance claim ?

You are a victim, for example, of water damage: a pipe problem occurs and causes overflows in your kitchen, causing a flood in your home. We will therefore have to quickly manage this incident!

First thing to do: The declaration of your home insurance claim. It must be carried out within a maximum of 7 days. Being an INOV's customer, you will be able to do it quickly and according to your preferences:

You can do it in the language of your choice (French, English, Russian, Portuguese or Spanish). Outside these hours, you can contact the insurance company directly. What to do if the home insurance claim occurs outside our opening hours?

If your problem happens outside of our management hours (Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.), don't worry, your insurance company has an emergency number that you can call 7 days a week and 24 hours a day!
